Required Documents Checklist
Bring these along when visiting the desk
- Attested copy of NADRA B-Form or Birth Certificate
- Previous school's Progress Report Card & School Leaving Certificate (SLC)
- 4 recent passport-size photographs of the student (blue background)
- Copy of Father's / Guardian's Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
Note for Parents:Prospectus and registration forms are issued directly at the admissions desk. Written entrance test dates for Playgroup through Class IX will be assigned upon form submission.
